IMMUNIZATIONS
Infant, ChiImmunizations are available for all ages, infant through adult. We are a Vaccines For Children (VFC) provider and offer vaccines for little to no cost for those who qualify.
We accept many commercial and private health insurance plans as well as Medicaid and Medicare plans.
Moderna and Pfizer COVID vaccines are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
All other vaccines, including influenza, are available Monday through Friday.
