Alcohol Permits

The  Treasurer Department no longer fills the application out at all. Our  department only checks to make sure the taxes are up to date on anyone  who is on the Corporate  Personnel who is filed with the State ATC. This includes their personal  real estate, personal property and business  property.                    IC 7.1-3-21-15

Taxes  are in arears, therefore if you have a transfer application, taxes for  TRANSFERS should be paid current through the assessment date. If  application is dated July  2023, then all (spring and fall) instalments due in 2023 AND estimated  taxes due in 2024 shall be collected.
